The ECO does not believe that our marriage is genuine. I provided all necessary documents from Marriage Certificate to all Skype logs. For God's sake we have a daughter who is in the UK now and they don't believe we're partners!! What kind of thinking do they have?
They don,t think logically there. Just appeal. I don,t understand these people.
Can you post the exact refusal reasons from the letter that you/your wife received?

It's pretty rare to be refused for that. Were there other reasons too? What reasons do they give for believing your relationship is not genuine?Originally Posted by jojit
They usually state which immigration rule(s) have not been met and why.
If you feel comfortable to quote the exact reasons for refusal you may find someone can advise on the best way forward.
Time is of the essence here as any appeal will need to be formally lodged within time limits
