Booked with Cathay Pacific, times are great too.

Leave Manchester at 12 noon, arrive in Manila on 31st at 11am.
Coming back, leave Manila 20.50pm and arrive Manchester at 06.20 am.

I am happy with the price and the times too. It would have been nice to go a few days early, but cant have everything.

Even better, we have just provisionally booked it, and pay before 2pm tomorrow. So we have time to really REALLY think about where we are staying as well.

That's a great deal given it's with Cathay.

Sort of price I saw back in January, but when I went to book a couple of weeks later, it had gone up to over £800. So I would definitely book it now if you can.

Steve - there is 1 peso promo on Cebu Pacific for Jan-March flights, but early January flights wouldn't be available for promo

We've not planned Christmas yet, will probably be last minute booking. However, we are flying out there tonight for 10 days Virgin to Hong Kong then PAL to Manila (using my airmiles - still cost lots with all the taxes and fuel surcharges).
