so it made no difference you both living togther, or her time in the uk, i didn't think it would, spouse visa then ILR same as most of us..
only thing is you've had to pay for a spouse visa and then ILR and the living in the uk test, but no job restrictions
well you got your visa, thats what matter most, and for her daughter to...

we are really happy , having no working restrictions is fantastic for her.
its been a lot of hard work and a lot of stress for all involved , not to mention money , but its all been worth it in the end.
the british embassy in Manila were dragging there heels over her daughters visa so we got the local MP involved in the end and we had the visa granted within 5 days of speaking to him.
