Visa question

I am coming to stay in Philippines in Jan 2015 - hopefully for three months.

Being there before, only for three weeks, did not need visa.

I have read the application form, but it only says that I can have entry for 59 days.

My Question is:

To extend it, do I apply to UK office or Manila when over there?

Can any one help?

Just extend it at the local Immigration Office nearest to you when you are in the Philippines. It costs around 2800 pesos.

................... 's likely to be nearer the mark ... as I can recall forking out more than Php3,000 each of the two times I extended my stay in 2008/9.

Yes, the price only varies if you choose the dearer 'express' option.

That could well be the case as I ended up extending mine the day before my permission to stay ended and it was processed there and then
