Hello everyone, just a quick question, my spouse visa will expire on the 20th of February 2015 and I plan to use a premium service in London, is it possible to book an appointment online now and maybe choose the date of the appointment 28 days before my expiry? thank you.

PEO appointment slots become free /available 42days earlier.

i take it you have a 2yr spouse visa, if so its not 28 days before your visa expires, its after you've been in the UK 2yrs - upto 28 days, but before you visa expires ..

Hi, I did arrived in UK on a fiancee visa and my biometric card is indicates that it i valid until 20 Feb 2015..so the earliest that i can book for a slot is 10th January 2015 and the earliest appointment is 24th January 2015 is that correct? by the way is Sat and Sunday included in the counting of days?

visa expires 20 feb 2015 - 28 days is 23rd jan 2015

so earliest you can apply is 23rd jan
latest before your visa expires.

PEO earliest date should be 23rd jan - 42 days = what 12th dec 2014

so if you check online for PEO dates from 12 dec , remember you need to book a date btw 23rd jan and before your visa expires 20th feb 2015
