you need to phone the individual college to find out their fees and conditions, but the answer may depend on the course you want to study

e.g. - for a course lasting more than 6 months, the educational institute may not be ready to accept you as a student as the finacee visa is only for 6 months. On the other hand, shouldn't be a problem if intending to study a course that lasts less than 6 months.
