First I checked there were available appointments on the 10th November. Every appointment was available on the day.

I signed up and tried to book.

It says

"Sorry, your booking request could not be processed because the maximum quota of locations, staff or standing bookings has been reached on this Service Provider's account."

I have now booked and paid for flights to Manila on the day from Cebu.

It says all appointments are available.

I don't know what to do. I tried calling them but they are closed.

I looked at all the months leading up to November and they all show empty slots. I even tried selecting next available date and time and it did the same thing.

Has anyone else experienced this. Maybe its an error with the site.
