Problem logging in to PNB Europe

I have been unable to load the PNB Europe log in page for the about 1 week now,

I get a timed out message, when I fault-find - the message comes up saying that the PNB server is offline or their firewall (not mine) won't let me through their port no.

I wondered if anyone else here has had the same problem?

Just tried to access the PNB site and it's NOT working for me either.
