uk to local cni fee

cebu consulate is quoating fee of 5605php for chaging my uk cni to local one.

is this right as i thought it was only 4500php.

only cost me 2600php in uk to obtain it in the first place... just seems a bit too much to ask for 5605php to change it again !!

Yes, that is right... When my husband got it last december 06 it was only 4,100 pesos...they just increased the fee this year. You have no choice if you want to get married here you should pay that amount.

Its whatever they say it is ? what is your post about ? just pay it and get on with it....its always a bit too much to ask, my income tax bill was a bit too much to ask, but I have to pay it.

It was only 1700 when I did it, now its 5605 php, welcome to inflation and rip of UK Visas/British consulate.

The emabisses have to pay their way it seems like the rest of the UK visas department.

Sounds a lot can't remeber how much i paid all i remeber is after all the warnings around at the time on the web i didn't have quite the right change and the woman spent ages running round to get the change which i had said just put in the Poppy box they had on the counter once the queue died down, but no she carried on . So after all her running round i put the change in the poppy box (Never seen such a screw face)

for such a high fee i dont see why they cant just round it to 5600, why the extra 5php causes problems exactly as you say, for change.

I will just have to pay it, saves a trip to manilla and I know it wont be the end of all these fee's

Maybe they use the 5 php coins in the meter
