Can't do any harm mentioning it ...and it is always as well to be on "the safe side" - in case the ECO dealing with your fresh application decides to undertake any past checks ... which he/she [possibly] could do!

Sir Arthur, if we tell everything will it affect my new application? I'm a bit scared if they ask evidences from previous self employed even if were using Category A income from employed in the UK. We can't provide all the evidences from self employment that's why I had to wait for my husband to get employed and start another application.
