As a first step familiarise yourself with the

UKVI Approved Listing

of Secure English Language Tests that have been assessed as meeting the Home Office’s requirements from 1 August 2014

There are some test centres in various locations. Which area are you thinking about ?

The passing grade for spouse visa is A1 minimum
If it's at all possible I'd suggest aiming for B1 level as this would avoid having to take a test here in UK for ILR
