Hi guys just want to ask coz I met this lady who applied for fiance visa. She told me that no need to fill up the form VAF4A because the online application she had when she registered is okay. She just completed the form appendix 2 . I'm confused because my friend in UK she told me do a online registration and fill up the form VAF4A and the financial requiremnt.

For Philippines, the Family Settlement application VAF4A MUST be completed, submitted and paid for online.
The appointment with VFS Application Centre needs to be made online also.

Print off a copy for signing and submission to VFS during your scheduled appointment at the Application Centre

The Appendix 2 of VAF4A Financial Requirements must be completed manually. It's not available online.
This will be submitted to VFS together will all supporting application evidence.

You MUST make the visa application fee online, in US dollars.
The payment can be by Visa card, MasterCard, Debit card or pre-paid cards with Visa or MasterCard logos.
No other method is accepted in Philippines.

Generally ( though not always) the visa payment is made by the Sponsor.
