UK Student Visa

I would like to know more information about student visa. I'm holding fiance visa which expires 3rd of Dec but we can't get married at the moment so my partner and I are thinking if it is possible for me to get a student visa to stay in the UK to study and work at the same time. Hope that anybody can help me. Thanks

I suppose it would be rude to enquire as to why you can't marry ?

You can contact the UKVI via letter (recorded delivery), and explain to them in detail why you are unable to marry. You can ask for a 3-6 month extension. If the reason is due to ill health, or something else unforeseen, then they usually grant it.
