Well its been 5 days now and I have just got round to seeing whats wrong with the oven and I have just ordered the part, so maybe it will come some time next week.
Looks like I have saved a little on the electric bill.
The oven element it seems has broken, so with a new one on its way, should be a nice anniversary present for Ems
