Looks the same as Terminal 5, which I hate. Very 'impersonal' - you could be anywhere in the world, not even many images of London etc. (something which abound in Terminal 3 at least). I waited 1 hour for my bags coming in from San Diego the other week. One 'crate' of bags arrived after 40 mins, then the rest didn't show, cue 100 people hanging around looking annoyed. I had to go and ask at the lost baggage counter (a long walk from the carousel). The lady called someone who told her they would put the bags through now. Er, OK. So much for the super automated system.
