I wish I could turn back the clock.

Have you ever whisper to yourself the sentence,
" I wish I can undo what Ive done"
    or
" I wish I could turn back the clock" or "I wish I did that and not this" ?
I know it is a bit silly to ask but I just wondering if Im not the only person who have big regrets in life.

I've forgotten the amount of times I've said that. You are not alone.

The word "regret" is made especially for this kind of situation...

Yes, there are times, but still hoping that I surpass those times and just attract positive vibes in life.

What is to be is for a reason. If you avoided something bad by changing an action you would have missed out on something good most likely as well.

    go with the flow.
Oh lord why did you make so many clothes and shoe shops

Right, and you won't appreciate the sweetness in life if you haven't tasted the bitterness in life...

    Never regret.
    If its good, its wonderful.
    If its bad, its experience.

Regrets, Ive had a few. But then again, too few to mention. I did what I had to do, and saw it through without exemption.

learn from your mistakes, and regret only the things you didn't do, not the things you did

    regret going to French embassy

Having read the Quote you have posted I think you have a point, but at this moment I'm regretting going to the French embassy for a skengen visa.
Having made the appointment 30 days ago to see them yesterday, that was by the way the soonest, we had a 1400hrs appointment with 176 other people that afternoon. We had been their 6 hours until we were told we needed to go to the Dutch embassy because that was where we were staying the longest.
We were under the understanding that we were to get the skengen visa from the first country of entry. This we were told from the French embassy is not the case!!!!!
At this time I really do regret
