It's terrible what he did in HK but there seems to be a lot of bad publicity targeted at the Philippines only because he is known to have visited the place.
Maybe the Angeles police are trying to deflect from the fact they failed to find a missing person, with a lot of wild assumptions, and HK police are deflecting from the fact of overlooking the redlight area on HK island.
