Total waste of time, for me and apparently most others there.
Staff completely disinterested, abrasive and unhelpful in the extreme.
Must admit I kept my cool and my smile quite well.
My wife however did not and lambasted them without mercy.
Better leave it for a few days before going back
Just to say that IMO my wife was right ........of course... there's absolutely NO excuse
for anyone engaged in serving the public - be they government officials, shopkeepers or whatever - being lackadaisical, unhelpful or [worse!] rude towards their customers in ANY circumstances ... IMO too!
Interestingly, with us ... I'm generally the one who's liable to tear strips off such people - whenever I feel it's justified - much to poor Myrna's embarrassment.
