    Exclamation Visit to BI Davao

    Maybe picked the 'wrong day'
Total waste of time, for me and apparently most others there.

Staff completely disinterested, abrasive and unhelpful in the extreme.
Must admit I kept my cool and my smile quite well.
My wife however did not and lambasted them without mercy.

Better leave it for a few days before going back

Just to say that IMO my wife was right........of course

Damned right she was ... there's absolutely NO excuse for anyone engaged in serving the public - be they government officials, shopkeepers or whatever - being lackadaisical, unhelpful or [worse!] rude towards their customers in ANY circumstances ... IMO too!

Interestingly, with us ... I'm generally the one who's liable to tear strips off such people - whenever I feel it's justified - much to poor Myrna's embarrassment.
