    How to wake up early?

Hi guyz, please give some tips on how to wake up early.

    1. Set your alarm clock, but make sure the battery is still working...
    2. Drink a glass of water or milk or juice or a pint of beer before going to bed.
    now its your turn....

    My routine...

I place my alarm clock near my bed...since I have the tendency to snooze it... I also set my cellphone into a loud mode 5 minutes after my alarm clock is set and leave it on my sofa in my bedroom, just enough to stand up and get the phone to shut it off...

Third, my other cellphone in my office bag which is also set to alarm 15 minutes after the other...so that I will again stand up and turn it off...

    I do that everyday, seriously...Hehehehe...

Hahaha, right! so funny because one time as I kept on snoozing my alarm clock in the morning, it alarmed at 6PM, too, and when I came home from work and was about to open my door from outside, I was hearing a noise and it was my alarm clock!!! hahaha...

My neighbors might get annoyed... Well, I haven't received any notice yet from them,

OK - i am gonna do an experiment (since i was essentially the co-creator of this thread) ...

Even though my shift is generally 4pm - 12:30am ... I am gonna get up in the morning ... not as early as the rest of u ... but my usual routine is ... sleep until i can't sleep anymore which usually is at about 12:15pm!

I am now gonna get up in the morning, and spend more time doing stuff before work

although, to be honest, for the first time in my 4 years of working life, I am happier when i am at work than when i am on a day off! i don't know how i can handle ANOTHER FULL DAY of being off work! lol

i can't wait to go back

    so YES

i am gonna practise getting up early

I'll let u know how it gets on and i am feeling a "blog" coming on for that section of the forum

    tom

Get plenty of cockrels, they are great alarm.
There is always death and taxes; however, death doesn't get worse every year.

I used to wake up early since childhood. Early to bed, early to rise makes you healthy, beauty and wise
