I remember that word "makulit" i was always addressed by my sisters as makulit sometimes because i'm persistent on something. It's ok Tom. In here if a filipino say to you "ang kulit eh" and you're having a conversation, it's not bad sometimes it is an expression and cute. It is an acceptable word addressed to a persistent cute person.

well son, it depends on how u understand the words being said to u and how it is interpreted to u..I just hope that ur tagalog friend whom u chatting that time had consistenly followed all the things that was happening here not on a subjective point of view..
