    Question Switzerland votes on whether to slash immigration

    The Swiss are voting in a referendum on whether to curb net immigration to no more than 0.2% of the population, in a vote heavily criticised by the main political parties.

    Well we are not alone in saying enough is enough, but again there are people saying if you stop them coming it will be bad for the economy but with them all coming still its bad for the economy too.

    I say come here if you are prepared to work and not claim benefits, the door is open but to come here to sit on your backside well dont bother

    What they mean when they say it will be bad for the economy is that it will be less money in the fat cats pockets.

    Imagine if the UK had the same referendum rule of the people law that Switzerland has!
    It would now be a very different place, not sure if for the better or worse though.

    Depends if we could get rid of the people who bring no skills or benefit to the country then it would be great.
