IMHO this is an obvious oversight which could easily be put right. We live in a democracy and our forefathers fought for those rights. Those who fought for those rights weren't denied joining up during the world wars to fight for this country due to their religion and as such have earned the privilege to be here and have a say in how things are run through all the normal democratic means we all enjoy (and often complain about). I don't agree with previous comments as they all seem to disregard the fact that we are talking about a minority causing the problems. If we all use similar thinking maybe we should ban atheists and send them where they are in a majority.
