I'm a bit surprised by thisJudge Michael Wilson said that while Mr Engel has the right of a private and family life with his wife and 18-month-old daughter Nyana, he did not have the automatic right to do that in the UK.

As harsh as it is, it would be unfair on others who applied for the correct visa or who had to wait because of the minimum financial requirement if they were granted a visa
