Applying to join family living permanently in the UK

I want to join my mother she's already 9 years' indefinite leave in UK
I'm already 24 yo and I'm here in Philippines

Is that possible I can apply a visa to join my mother permanently in UK?

Need some advice. I need instructions on what to do.

    Thanks

Sadly, at your age, (over 18) you're not able to settle here in UK as a family member.

The only possible exception would be if you are:-

Coming to be cared for - you’re an adult dependent relative
You must be dependent on a parent, grandchild, brother, sister, son or daughter of someone living permanently in the UK.

    You must prove that:

you need long-term care to do everyday personal and household tasks
the care you need is not available or affordable in the country you live in
the person you’ll be joining in the UK will be able to support, accommodate and care for you without claiming public funds for at least 5 years
    you’re 18 or over

    Thanks for the response Terpe.

I thought I can apply as an adult dependent without long-term care (running to my mind just financial supports from my mother)

You can apply as an adult dependent relative
You may be eligible for settlement (‘Indefinite Leave to Remain’) if you’re an adult dependent relative of a person who:

is a British citizen or settled in the UK
was a refugee when you joined them as an adult dependent relative and is now settled
had humanitarian protection when you joined them as an adult dependent relative and is now settled

An adult dependant can be a:

    parent
    grandparent
    brother
    sister
    son or daughter over 18

Applying to settle with a British citizen or person settled in the UK
You must do this from outside the UK by applying for a visa as an adult dependent relative before you travel.

You’ll need the British citizen or settled person who will be looking after you (also called your ‘sponsor’) to complete a sponsor form and sign it to confirm they will support you.

Trying both of these is not going to work or gain you any support here. You are clearly not either so not even worth considering.

    Joining your parents

You must be under 18 and all of the following must apply:

you’ll be living with your parent or parents
you’re not married, in a civil partnership or living an independent life
you’ll be supported and accommodated adequately without using public funds, or you meet the financial requirement
    and

Coming to be cared for - you’re an adult dependent relative

You must be dependent on a parent, grandchild, brother, sister, son or daughter of someone living permanently in the UK.

    You must prove that:

you need long-term care to do everyday personal and household tasks
the care you need is not available or affordable in the country you live in
the person you’ll be joining in the UK will be able to support, accommodate and care for you without claiming public funds for at least 5 years
    you’re 18 or over
