She can apply for that when she submits her FLR(M) application. BRP application form is included in the FLR(M) form.

Thanks Rayna. Am I right in saying the UKVI (or whatever it's called now) will send her a barcode letter beforehand?
If you're applying by post, your wife has to wait for letters from UKVI after they've received her application. One for acknowledgment of her application and the 2nd is for her biometrics, which she needs to do at a post office branch which does it or at any PEO location.
