I met a German guy who has a fabulous house in Hilongos and he used European electrical fittings throughout.
I'm tempted to use all UK (3 wire) cables and fittings.
As far as furniture is concerned, yes marble or granite is cheaper or more accessible and I will be using it in my kitchen and bathroom.
If anyone can recommend any builders in the Hilongos area of Leyte then I'd be grateful.
