    Bitter? Ampalaya ice cream and other V-Day flavors

    Celebrating Valentine’s Day alone this weekend? A local ice cream shop is offering four unique flavors targeted at people who are looking for love and those who are struggling to move on from a failed relationship.

    We have a few Malungay trees in the garden.
    My wife says it's very heathly and I must eat it.

    Yep..She`s right. It goes great in soup dishes or just about anything you can think of.
