All these language test changes and rule changes have created all sorts of confusions and grey areas.
Too many 'if's and but's", where and when's.

When did Maritess take her IELTS ?
Who was the Awarding Body ?

Maritess took her first IELTS test in Dumaguete 31/03/2012 then she took it again at Sheffield 26/10/2013 because her first certificate would expire at the time she applied for her ILR, don't know what you mean by awarding body Peter!

The IELTS test centre doesn't know the rules of UKVI. They are only complying what's needed for the English test. I've asked them in the past about it when UKVI changed the requirement last 2012 and they told me to just retake the test. Follow the guidelines of UKVI.

In the test report form, there is a Test Report Number on the bottom right side of the page. That's probably what you need.

Edit: I've checked the AN form and it doesn't have an option for IELTS tests taken before 6 April 2015!!! They do make things hard for the applicants!
Thanks for the information Rayna, on page 8 #1.26 it asks for details of English language test taken before 6th April 2015, also I've used the Test report number at bottom right hand of page but not enough boxes on AN form, any way as you say it appears to be the only number one can use. I'm hoping this is ok just need confirmation that IELTS is ok, check out page 8 Rayna, I'll await yours and Peters comments, thank you to both of you

Could it be 'Cambridge English' Peter?

If it was Cambridge English as the awarding body then you'll be fine.
