We like using/making use of all the parts of a plant/fruit if possible. Same with jackfruit if you're a fan of it or have tried it.

I've tried Jackfruit but I'm not keen on it and don't eat it for pleasure only to be sociable. Durian is another matter. I've tried it but sorry to say it's not my cup of tea at all. There are some Davaoeños who don't eat durian you know, so nothing to worry about the social aspect. I miss durian though.
