Hmmm ...... I received my annual statement for their 'Homecare Agreement' this week, which covers the central heating system, and it's gone up ....... by 14% !!

Unfortunately, that side of the business will be unregulated so they can do as they please and without interference from the Regulator, Ofgas
They can ALL hike the prices up Rosie, and they already have done.
I think British Gas prices are very reasonable!
They would be even more reasonable if they shared out a bit of the profits to customers. And that goes for all of the 'BIG 6'.
