Sorry for labouring the point here, but this is the only evidence I can find with regards to the SELT dates in the following document:

Here it states "Validity dates of SELT qualifications are not applicable to citizenship applications". I see no document stating that other visa applications are not applicable. So my assumption would be that the dates for expiry would be applicable for FLR?
