CEBU CITY – An off-duty policeman arrested a Nigerian national for forcing him to kiss the foreigner’s sex organ inside a mall’s toilet.
Inspector Eugene Teves, 52, admitted that he had kissed, for the first time, a man’s sex organ after Nigerian Kognili Isial, 30, suddenly grabbed his head, pushing his face towards his open jeans while urinating in a mall’s toilet.
