Hello, I've been here in the UK for about 2 years now under a Spouse Visa. I've been working for over a year in a permanent position. Last November, we went to the Philippines for a holiday. As I'm collecting all the necessary documents needed for my FLR(M) application, I just noticed that the immigration officer stamped on my passport, a phrase "no access to employment nor recourse to public funds". Now I'm worried that I'm working illegally because of this. And if it will affect my FLR(m) application.
I'm working in a big Corporation as an IT analyst. I believed my company did check if I'm qualified to work here in the UK. And I can't get an NI if I'm not allowed to work. But why would the immigration officer stamp my passport like that? I'm confused. Should I be worried? Can anyone please enlighten me?
Erratum: I meant to say passport stanp not visa stamp, sorry for confusion.
