On arrival you will get the customary 21 days entry stamp.
Before it expires, you have to go to the local immigration office for an extension, I believe it is not expensive at all, and done in a couple of hours.
The entry officer could tell you the nearest office to where you will be staying.
Or on the other hand, you could always ask a local agency to do the leg-work for you, if you don't mind giving your passport up for a few days, and paying extra money...

As you go along, you will find this site a real mine of information.

    Welcome aboard...

And don't forget to post your experiences overthere, when you get back to cold UK.

Yes. It's in the corner of Ayala Ave. and Makati Ave.

Welcome Rob well looks like you got the hang of posting.

Sounds like your going to have a great time, worth spending a few hours going though all the posts old and new. The older ones get archived and have a slighty different look but all the info is there.

Don't forget to take lots of film or media cards (whatever your camera takes) phil is a lovely place as im sure the lady you are going to meet is. On the serious side you will need lots of pictures of the two of you and with family and friends, for any visa application and just to look at once back in the c cc cold winter of the UK.

Also read up about mossies and how to avoid them and deal with bites. I wish i had the first time

Most of all enjoy the Holiday and this forum
