Although the £53 million Steve mentions is way beyond the reach of [almost] everyone ... ... a guy who was at school with me in the 1950's - and who, 4 decades later, happened to be Sales Manager for the firm that fitted my double glazing - scooped 3/4 of a million several years ago. Following which, of course, this bloke has been living the "Life of Reilly" after retiring immediately!
