Lloyd., what part of the Philippines your wife from? We will be applying for a spouse visa in 2 weeks time., I'm just waiting for my husband to arrived as he will bring his documents with him. In time for our blessing aswell. I reckon we already gathered all the necessary documents and it's already up to the ECo now.. If you want I could talk to your wife and explain to her the new rules. If your wife has taken her English test last October and she passed, she no longer need to sit in on another test. Her previous English test is still valid.
