Any Low fares FROM Manila to UK?

I was wondering if anyone knew who has good fares from Manila to the UK? My mother and father in law are coming for a hoilday so looking to fly them preferably into Glasgow, but would look at Edinburgh/Manchester for a good deal.

KLM via Amsterdam to Glasgow would be your best bet but it would need to be booked in the Philippines to get the best price.
