Holiday rentals cebu pls

I will be in cebu from the 7th until the 28th September
I was looking for a rental property for myself and wife and 2 kids
Near a beach would be good south cebu carcar naga or San Fernando ect or the city should not cost any more than 17.000 peso please let me know if you of any nice rentals
