Oh well ...... they were ALL fully aware of Indonesia's tough stance on drug trafficking - and the ensuing consequences if caught and convicted - so hell mend them.
However, it has to be said, I'm pleased the Filipina was granted an eleventh hour [literally!] reprieve. But,... the ONLY reason for my relief on that particular score, is because, if she had been executed, then two innocent young children of a single parent would have been left motherless!
'Granny'fears she will be among the next batch ... though is claiming to be "resigned" to her fate ... and just wants it to "be over with" now that her friend, the "good" Andrew [Chan(cer)] has gone.

Maybe each of the two nations involved could arrange to do a swap ... and the woman whoed sent to Indonesia in exchange for Veloso being returned to the Philippines.
