    Seeking an advice with birth certificate

    Hello guys I'm here again, who among you here who encountered with their birth certificate without surname and was able to got their an affidavit in order to get marry in the Philippines. But has a CNI,passport and decree absolute as part of the requirements.
    We just found out that there was a problem with his birth certificate when he got it 2days later.

    I do not understand what the problem you have is, however, I changed my name 10 years before I got married in Manila. Thus my UK birth certificate showed a name different from that on my passport and my decree absolute. At the British consulate I explained I had changed my name under UK Common Law (i.e. no paperwork at all) and it was accepted. No problems.

    Most women in UK change their surname when they marry. That is just common practice and not required by law. Thus, their birth cert does not show the name, they chose to adopt upon marriage.
