    Fiance(e) visa requirements sequence in filing

    Good day everyone!

    I'm going to lodge my requirements for fiance visa at the end of this month i know this site might help me with regards to my questions,

    1. what are the sequence in submitting the application and supporting documents
    2. should we put it in a clearbook/envelope/folder
    3. should both of us will make a letter
    4. may i know the sample of cover letter.

    1. There's really no sequence required for the documents. You can follow this https://www.gov.uk/government/upload...settlement.pdf if you want. My advice is to put a table of contents of all the documents you are going to submit. Also put labels on it that the ECO will clearly see. (i.e. what I did with mine in the past, I wrote a label on every category like "English Test Result", "Bank Statements", etc. and attached it with paperclip on them.)

    2. When I submitted mine, I put it in a clearbook but the VFS staff collecting my docs asked me to remove it from the clearbook.

    3. Hubby and I did write a letter of support or cover letter each for our application.

    4. Here is what my hubby stated on his: http://filipinaroses.com/showthread....Letter-Example. With mine, I just wrote a letter containing a brief history of how we met, all my intentions of going to the UK and also our plans as a couple.

    My then fiancé only made the letter of support. I did the table of contents though. We used bull clips to make our papers intact.

    can i ask also if there is an standard paper size for the printing of documents? or any sizes will do...

    Be wary of advice from vfs staff, a guy said some papers weren't necessary , and removed them in doing so he put some which were necessary in pile to return to steffs house.Anyway got fiancée visa!! thankyou all!! 4 weeks wait
