My favourite just now is Tuna Panga grilled on the BBQ
We can buy huge panga for very little and the meat is wonderfully soft and tasty.
There's no way we could afford to buy fresh Tuna like that in the UK.
I love Salmon and I usually just marinate it with teriyaki sauce and put it in the grill. I like my sinigang with pork and not fish, unless it's bangus belly.
