NAIA1 is shambolic,NAIA3 is an average transit route for me,shambolic also describes getting from 1-3if your unfortunate enough to be arriving PAL at 1 and flying south from 3
NAIA cant hold a candle to either Cebu or Davao when landing in the country,you only get 1 chance to make a first impression
