    Amazon

I've learned how use Amazon during the past couple of months or so, but I can't get to grips with free delivery, yesterday I ordered about £500 worth of kit for our camera and there are 4 items, the most expensive item I've got free delivery but the other three items that amount to less than £150 I've been charged a total about £14 delivery and they are a lens hood a filter and a fluid head, so not large or heavy package, but checking their site it should all be free delivery and the procedure is to me very complicated. Can someone help please?

You need to check if Amazon are the stockists or it is coming from a 3rd party. If the latter, you do not get free postage, it is only on items coming direct from an Amazon warehouse.

If you order from 3 third parties, then the postage is X3.

Thank you All, what I was looking for really was how to use the website because I know I can get free postage on all if you group the items together and exceed a total amount above the figure they quote, but my problem is computer knowledge and knowing how to navigate within their website in order to do what is required, I just wondered if anyone had experience of this!
