We are about to lodge my Fiancee Visa Application this coming friday, I just want to ask if do I need to pay the IHS for my fiancee visa application?

And another question: How do you categorized Visa Type, there is no fiancee choices there I'm just confused..

Should I choose, unmarried partner or civil partnership?

Fiance visa is 6 months so health surcharge not needed.
You'll pay it when you're married and apply for FLR

No. Don't choose unmarried partner that's a different category completely.
Civil partnership is same sex so that that does not apply.

It's been some time since I reviewed the online form, but I recall you need Settlement - Marriage

The drop down menu's show different options depending on your previous inputs.
You can play around with different inputs, go back and change etc.
