Woooww, that is nice to read !!
I dont get it when they tag along ''balut'' or embryo eggs with filipinos!!...we do not eat balut everyday but yes we can eat all sort of adobo everyday (name it: fish/veggies and meat adobos)

I love my wife's Adobo

Throw in few extra peppercorns and reduce it so it's really sticky

Tuna Kinilaw too, with a few extra chillies
Fresh shrimp cooked anyway you like

I'll include Lechon, but it needs to be no more than 25kg, seasoned and stuffed well and of course cooked perfectly.
