ILR applied recently by post???

Hi Malchard888... seen one your post your wife applied British citizenship??? have you heard anything yet??? Just curious as I am planning to apply as well as soon as I received my ILR. Thanks....

It took them 3 weeks to acknowledge the application and then they cashed the cheque unlike ILR when it appears to be the first thing they do. I will keep u posted when we get more info but why it should take so long when she has already been through the long drawn out ILR process is beyond me.
