I have had to try to make a urgent call today and all i get after pressing so many buttons is you are in a queue,
I hate this but you wait and wait but for how long, the music is crap but still you wait, we know you are waiting one of our advisers will get to you as soon as possibly, mean while have to tried to go on our web site to see if we can help there,
I wonder if ever they are recording me , because they would no this answer to how i think of them there crap music and there crap website too,
No joy this time i had to hang , but i did go onto there web site and told them what i thought about the service, hopefully i will get a message in the next few days saying this and that, hay ho back to cleaning ,
