AV will not pick up spyware, adware etc,

Email them this:

Select ONLY 'Spyware Doctor'

Click 'Download Google Pack'

Wait for it to install. A new ICON will appear in the bottom right of the screen. Double click it and RUN SCAN if it is not already doing so.

When it comes to spyware, adware, etc, HighjackThis.exe is tried and tested by me. It can be downloaded free online. I tried SpyDoctor and was not enough still to recover my laptop from Spywares,etc.
