You needed to click on "I purchased a key" not I have a key, that only gives you one year.

Go to printer, hold down power button and cancel button for a few moments then release both. A test page will be printed followed by your document.

Now my UK printer works with Filipino cartridges.

My wife's uncle gave us a new Canon printer so at least I could print.
Sadly it's not an all-in-one type and doesn't scan or photocopy like my HP does

Never had a problem with ink Fred.
The workaround does work with some other printers.

Those of you having problems downloading updates for windows 7. Microsoft are throwing everything at windows 10 at the moment at the expense of 7, so it will take many hours to get your updates.
